Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern.
From your weight to height value I understand that you are obese person, you have also high value for lipid profile blood tests, this problem are related with the thyroid gland problem that you mentioned here that you had take medication but this came also from a non healthy diet and a lack of activity. The problem of thyroid gland from your problems I understand that is Hypothyroidism, because this cause weight gain and height level of lipid profile.
I recommend you to lose weight choosing a dietitian for more specific detailed food and monitor of your weight because you need to lose weight. You should lose weight because it is a risk factor for diabetes that can cause the erectile problems, I recommend you to do a glucose blood test.
I recommend you continuing the thyroid gland medication and monitor the dosage of them by a TSH blood test liver by your endocrinologist, this help to lose weight and decrease the lipid blood level.
General recommendation about the diet is to eat low saturated fat diet that comes from animal foods e.g. red meat, eggs, butter, cheese etc replace the use of red meat with fish, you should avoid a high carbohydrates diet that come from consume of sweets, you should avoid alcohol drinks and smoking,
You should have a no sedentary life; you should have at least 30 minutes of walking every day.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Kind regard,
Dr .Marsida Janko
