i am paediatrician ,i have 1year old girl with chronic diarrhea since 2 months, lossing wt,and iron difficiency anemia was associated,has wheezy chest in this admission only, she is on breast feed some solid food, screening for celiac disease was negative, stool ph 8, reducing subestance is positive, ht be cow milk we eradicate the allergen food for her mother as might be cow milk allergy but still no improvement....... what could be the diagnosis?
