Two main requisitions for pregnancy are a regular menstruation with ovulation/ good semen analysis. - You should get your ovulation study done ( a series of USG scans done ) To acertain ovulation / HSG to look for patency of fallopian tubes.as basic indicator of female fertility. More detailed investigations are needed in case of abnormal findings , followed by specific treatment. - Your husband s semen analysis would exclude any abnormal semen counts. Further investigations may be suggested by urologist- as per need. * To conceive with both of you being normal - - check for ovulation by LH surge test.
