Suggest Medications For Sinus Infection

I hit my head a month ago. Now I'm experiencing sinus infection symptoms without a funny nose. Just post nasal drip. I'm experiencing a lot of pressure all around my head. Particularly the front, back and top back. I hit the front (forehead) on concrete hard.

Hai ur head injury could have produced o haemosinus due to the trauma. Which is causing the signs of sinusitis. Pls take an ent opinion and go ahead with a ct brain.this can really rule out the cause for ur symptoms. Pls check ur blood pressure, go for steam inhalation , and tab paracetamol 650 (dolo) to get relieved of the pain
