Hello,

There is too much information in your question that is not organized in a way that can make me understand your real problem. However, from what I understand, your issue is that you have eaten some nuts and now having swollen lymph glands and tongue. In addition, it seems that you have faced some similar problems in the past.

If I have understood correctly, it really is an allergic reaction from nuts and no natural therapy will be able to cure it. My advise to you is to take antihistamine such as Levocetrizine 5 mg once a day for 5 days if symptoms are mild and tolerable, but if the swelling is severe and anaphylactic shock-like causing breathing problems, you should seek emergency care at hospital without any delay.

If you are allergic to nuts, you should refrain from it for lifetime as your body is considering nuts as a foreign substance and to deny its presence in body, is reacting severely. Every future allergic episode due to nuts will increase in severity and can be life-threatening.

I hope this information answers your query. Thank you for choosing HCM. Let me know if you need any other information.

Thanks,
Dr. Viraj Shah
