Suggest Medication For Cramps On Left Part Of Stomach And Signs Of IBS

if i defecate at least three times a day and the amount comes out is normal for me then I am not constipated right? i am putting more fiber in system..also. been told i may have ibs or a very small chance of diverculosus but have not done ct scan to rule out..is it safe to wait to decide to do ct scan? also, sometimes i feel a slight cramp lower left part of stomach/abdomen.

Dear nothing to worry about it normal Bowel movement may vary about 3times in a day to thrice a week.

If you observed pain abdomen and cramps or mucous in stools you may need to consult your doctor.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid caffeinated drinks.

If any doubt about diverticulitis you may need to take CT abdomen.

Please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
