I am aged 74 I am haivng Parkinson disease(Iam an allopatathic doctor reg no17455 )I have been advisea Ramosetron for irritable bowel syndrome which I devleoped in the last 4 days.I seem to have anal sphicncter incontinence also.What is the dosage Dr.Sivaraman 48 A 5 th cross Tagore nagar Pondicherry
