Hello dear Understand your concern Mifepristone plus misoprostol is safe during the breast feeds. But it should be taken under supervision and guidance of gynecologist. Do not take at home by yourself as it cause threatening complication that require immediately surgery. First intrauterine pregnancy should be check by USG scan. if it will confirm, you can use abortion pill. By method: 1st day: mifepristone 600 mg orally Day 7: follow up visit if bleeding continuous 3rd day: 400 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist. If required another 40 ug after 4 hours.
