Suffering With Extreme Fatigue, not Officially Been Diagnosed With Anything Other Than Possibly Chronic Fatigue, incapactating Headache On The Top Left Side Of My Head For A Week And Feeling Of Blood Moving Through Veins.Should I Be Worried About The Findings?

I have been suffering with extreme fatigue and a host of other symptoms since last July. I have been not officially been diagnosed with anything other than possibly chronic fatigue. Just this past week I had an incapactating headache on the top left side of my head for 36 hrs. Since then I have been experiencing a quick, sharp stinging sensation near the headache site. Also, my left temple feels like I can feel blood moving through the veins. I guess you could characterize it as a crawling sensation. Could I be in any immediate danger??

Hello, Medical treatment of fatigue depends on the treatment of its underlying cause(s). Fortunately, many causes of fatigue may be treated with medications. For example:

iron supplements for anemia,

medications and machines to help sleep apnea,

medications to control blood sugar,

medications to regulate thyroid function,

antibiotics to treat infection,

vitamins, and/or

recommendations for dietary changes and a sensible exercise program.
