Hi,I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
Do you have other symptoms like abdominal pain, fever, mucous or blood in stool, bad odour stool etc?
Your stool test report suggests that you have been suffering from intestinal amoebiasis. That is why you need to be treated with metronidazole/tinidazole/diloxanide furoate etc.

For hyperacidity, you need to identify the foods that may cause your symptoms.
Then avoid those foods so far it is possible, avoid smoked and under cooked food, give up smoking if applicable.
To control severity, you may take ranitidine/omeprazole etc.

Since this is a prescription medicine, I would suggest you to meet the local doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope this helps you.If you have additional questions or follow up query, please do not hesitate to write us.

Wish you good health.
