Suffering From Obesity, Diabetes. Tiredness, Weakness, Extreme Sweating After Doing A Little Work. Solution?

my mother is obese and she is diabetic 2 . she is suffering from extreme sweating, weakness and feels no power or strength in her legs and feel disomforted,,,she has a trouble in stomach and IBS and she is consuming norfloxin for that,,kindly tell me how to get rid of her weakness and sweating while she does a little piece of work???

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since, what type of weakness , she is having.
Stomach problems may be due to hyper acidity ( gastritis).
For I B S ,she is getting norfloxacin , but from , how many days?
Extreme sweating causes loss of sodium and other minerals , hence patient feels lethargy ( hyperkalaemia) .
May be due to menopausal syndrome.
May be due to anemia.
Possibilities are many , but without report it is not possible to suggest any treatment.
If possible upload the reports .

Hello,
Her sweating,extreme weakness and low strength points towards uncontrolled diabetes.This could be due to diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
Along with diabetes,she might also be having hypertension,low VIT D,low VIT B12 and all this requires a consultation with an internal medicine specialist and getting investigated comprehensively.Her thyroid status should also be checked.
She also requires a cardiac check up to be done.
Once investigated,she can be managed properly.
