Suffering From Irregular Periods,acne And Weight Gain After Taking I Pill
I am 22 yrs old, I took i-pill three times in last 3 months , while I was not sure even if I required it or not..
but since I was afraid of getting into trouble , I had to..
but now I am having irregular periods, my face is filled with acne, and I have gained about 10kgs in last 4-5 months (after taking the pills)..can you please explain the reasons, and what should I do now?

Hello,
Taking I pill for three times will not cause such drastic weight gain and other associated symptoms. The most concerning thing in your case is a polycystic ovarian syndrome.
Pelvic examination, pelvic Ultrasonography, LH, FSH levels, thyroid function test, estrogen-progesterone levels are warranted at this point to come to a definite diagnosis.
So, please be advised to follow up with your ObGyn for necessary evaluation.
