Hello,
You are 24/F, unmarried, suffering from irregular periods, put on belly fat and male pattern hair growth over a period of 5 Yrs. Your investigations showed that - NO PCOS and your hormone levels are fine. If the androgen level is normal, this may be due to the increased sensitivity of the hair follicles to the normal androgen level.
There should be increased insulin resistance leading to obesity and stimulation of ovarian theca leading to increased androgens. Repeat Androgen and all hormonal studies, along with USG abdomen for "Ovary" and "Adrenal Gland".
Your problem is hormone dependant.
Advise: A study report: women who stayed on a low calorie diet for at least six months lost weight and reduced Insulin Resistance. Their levels of Sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) increased, which reduced the amount of free testosterone in their blood. As expected, the women reported a reduction in the severity of their hirsutism. Other than this Proper investigations and endocrinologist advise are the only choice.
Best wishes
