General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Let me explain you and note down very carefully as,
Mite, dust , pollen, spray, fumes, smokes, sudden fall & rise of temperature, molds all are causative for allergic bronchitis .
As you stated that from last 5 years you are suffering from this disease.

Sneezing,
Running nose,
watery eyes,
mucus from nose,
whistling sound,
sound during breathing .
All these above mentioned are symptoms of allergic bronchitis.
If this allergy occurs three months in a year and for three consequent years then it may lead to CONGESTIVE OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE ( COPD).
Due to these reasons you may have ASTHMA.
Bronchodilators + antihistamine will provide you relief .
Consult one more physician and get his opinion.
Avoidance is very much important in this case.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will reply.
Good luck.
Dr. HET
