Hi,
In the current scenario, I would ask you to get a complete evaluation by a gynecologist to exclude local causes for the spotting, you would need a complete hormonal profile, glucose tolerance test and a trans-vaginal sonogram. In PCOD it is possible to have prolonged periods of amenorrhea and metropathic cycles, but having spotting after intercourse calls for a pap smear and a vaginal swab to exclude other causes. Hope you find this information useful. Good luck.
