Suffer From Fatigue. Have Hypertension. Any Suggestions?

I am a 47 year old female. I weigh 135 lbs. and I am 5'5". My blood pressure has been creeping up over the last couple of years. At my last dr. appt. it was 150/80. I have been suffering from constant fatigue for the last 2-3 months. I do not drink alcohol, do not smoke, and drink 2 diet sodas per day. Any idea what is up with my blood pressure? I walk for 45 minutes 4 times per week. Is this too high? Could this be causing my chronic fatigue?

hi,
are you using any medicines for B.P not mentioned , B.P of 150/80 usually does not cause significant symptoms,
in females easy fatigue reasons are many like anemia, hypothyroidism , low calcium.
so continue walking, reduce salt intake, avoid unnecessary anxiety, so that your pressure will normalize.
And evaluate other causes fir fatigue.
thank you
