Such symptoms seems to be caused by bacterial infection of large intestine and urinary tract infection. Some abscess formation in the pelvis can be the reason as well. You may also have frequent urinating, burning while urinating, blood in stool, mucus in stool.
I suggest you to have urine analysis, blood work, CRP level. Colonoscopy should be done. If abscess seems probable (consult surgeon or gastrologist), pelvis MRI is necessary.
Hope this will help. Regards.
