Ocult blood present means it is digested blood comming from upper end of gi tract. Other finding shows there is bleeding source and mild infection. It can not be linked to weight gain. For detecting source of bleeding ultrasound abdomen can be done and other test may be endoscopy colonoscopy and proctoscopy. All these can be done by gastroenterologist and treat ment advised.
