Sores In Tongue, Swollen Glands, Feeling Tired, Difficulty In Eating. Remedy?

My question has to do with my mouth and throat. About five days ago my mouth started hurting around my gums and I noticed I was biting my tongue on the side for no apparent reason. I noticed that I have sores (two) on the side of the tongue. My throat has been extremely sore, and it feels like I have either a lump or swollen glands on my left side. I also feel verl tired (drowsy) and want to sleep all the time. I can't eat hardly anythlng because I can't swallow it, and drinking fluids hurts also in my throat. Thank you for letting me exlain this.
