Hello in 15 years old and since I started puberty I have had extra skin growing which seems to be my vulva to be stretching and sometimes it tears and gets very sore,it seems it stretches so it touches my underwear and makes it itchy and sore, do u have any idea what it might be I m too scared to get it checked out, also I have a thick discharge which is often yellowly
