Sore Throat, Cough And Hoarse Voice. Any Suggestions?

Hi dr, I was sick for about 3 days with a really really bad sore throat it went away then a few days later it came back its been a week now my throat still hurts not as bad BUT I have this cough and my voice sounds like a man and I m female! I don t know what to do I been taking dymantap the kids meds and I m 19 lol but I don t know what to do can you please help me?(:

Yes you have sever grade tonsilopharyngitis.
Better to take any broadspectrum antibiotic like azithromycine 500 mg once a day for 3 days.
Along with it take anti inflammatory drug like Chymoral Plus or Emanzen DP. also add anti histaminics like Levocet,
Do antiseptic gargles frequently until symptoms subsides
Avoid cold & junk foods.

i can feel your concerns

it seems to be acute tonsillitiss

i advise you to take antibiotic and paracetamol after consulting your doctor

i advise to use a mask especially when go out

take green tea and honey

steam inhalation also improve symptoms

avoid cold and soft drinks

take plenty of fluids

saline gargles are effective remedy

wishing you a speedy recovery
