Small, Red Bumps, Itching On Lower Back And Stomach. Tried Anti Itch Cream, No Improvement. Remedy?

Have small, red bumps with no head on them, that itch terribly, some with yellowish bruise-like appearance on lower back & stomach. Approx 25-30 in a 8-10" radius area on stomach & lower back. Try not to scratch but sometimes wake up & have scratched until the skin bleeds a bit. Have tried OTC anti-itch but no help. Not sure where to start solving.

You are having urticaria and its allergic condition .
You need anti histaminic for this problem. Apply good moisturizer cream over it.
Better to consult deramatologist if problem persist
Wear cotton cloths and avoid woolen cloths
Use good glycerin base soap .
