1) I HAVE BEEN HAVING SOME LIGHT SPOTTING/CLOTS FOR ABOUT A YEAR. I THOUGHT IT WAS COMING FROM A RECTOCELE I HAVE OR THE VAGINAL AREA. I HAD A PARTIAL HYSTERECTOMY IN 1990. IN 2014 THEY FOUND A 7 CM MASS ON ONE OF MY OVARIES. IT WAS SURGICALLY REMOVED WITH MY OTHER OVARY AND FALLOPIAN TUBES.
2) SPORADIC LIGHT BLEEDING , CLOTS, URINARY FREQUENCY (ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT), URINARY RETENSION, URTICARIA, EXTREMELY TIRED, APPETITE DECREASED, SOME (R) FLANK PAIN, INSOMNIA, EXTREMELY DRY, FLAKY SKIN, SOME SWELLING IN (R ANKLE, FEET AT TIMES), BUBBLES IN URINE, URINE COLOR XXXXXXX COLOR, FEEL DEHYDRATED.
3) LAB RESULTS SHOWED SOME RED BLOOD CELLS
4) NO
5) NO ULTRASOUND YET

MY URTICARIA GETS SO BAD I SCRATCH UNTIL MY SKIN BLEEDS, RESULTING IN SORES.

I HOPE THAT THIS HELPS. I HAVE NOT BEEN FEELING WELL THIS LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS. THANK YOU!OH, I HAVE BEEN ON ZOLOFT FOR DEPRESSION FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS+ AND MORPHINE ABOUT 10 + YEARS FOR ARTHRITIS. NO OTHER MEDICATIONS OTHER THAN PHENERGAN FOR NAUSEA PRN.SORRY, ANOTHER MEDICAL ISSUE. I STARTED HAVING SWOLLEN NODES IN MY NECK ABOUT A YEAR AGO. I WAS EVALUATED FOR AN IMMUNE DISEASE. LUPUS WAS A CONCERN. TESTS RESULTS WERE NEGATIVE BUT I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN CONCERNED THAT I MAY HAVE SOME IMMUNE DISORDER. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS MY PAROTID GLANDS. I CONTINUE TO GET SWELLING AT TIMES, ESPECIALLY MY (R) SIDE OF MY NECK. I HOPE THAT THIS HELPS SOME.

THANK YOU!

Brief Answer:
You have inflammation of bladder (Cystitis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback and details about your multiple health issues .

Based on the report of Urine cytology that you have uploaded earlier I would state that you do not have benign or malignant tumor in urinary system .

Presence of urothelial and squamous cells along with RBC abd RBC cast are strongly suggestive of chronic inflammation of bladder (Cystitis.)

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis .

Taking antibiotic like Norfloxacin and Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with urine alkalizer would help to resolve the issue .

As regards your query about prognosis it being an inflammatory disease prognosis is good .

As regards swollen lymph node in neck on Right side it may be due to infection either of Parotid gland or some infective focus in throat .

Consult qualified ENT specialist for clinical examination and further treatment if required

Thanks and Regards.

Hello, for the last week and a half everytime I eat within 10 minutes I start cramping horriably then within 10 to 20 minutes after the cramps begin I have to run to the bathroom. I have really bad diarrhea with alot of blood. When it first started it was soft stools with a little blood, then went to almost water but pure blood now it is all mucus with blood. I have not been able to hold any food down without going to the restroom in almost 2 weeks. There is just so much blood it is starting to scare me. The meds that I take on a daily bases is mobic, lortab, oxycodone , soma and xanax . The doctor also put me on Neurontin Cap 300 mg 1 capsulde twice a day and Phenergan 25 mg 1 tab prn on July 11, 2012. What could be going on?

My 73 y.o. mother had a hernia repair yesterday (under general anesthesia) is now on 5mg Lortab 1-2 tabs q 6 h... we just got her some phenergan for her nausea. She couldn't sleep last night d/t "heart beating in her teeth & loud in her ears" . Her blood pressure was normal upon release from procedure... & is on BP medication. Is this "normal" ?

my dad had a hemorraghic stroke (right side) about 4m onths ago and was sent to a skilled nursing home to begin rehab- about 6 weeks later he developed chronic nausea and vomiting. He has been hospitalized numerous times and all tests came back normal. HIs most recent visit the GI specialists determined he had gallstones and he had his gallbladder removed- however he still has the nausea and vomiting. He has been given many medications from raglin (sp?) to phenergan without much success- they only make him sleep. Could this be a result of the stroke? WHat can we do- his doctors have given up and so has dad.

My daughter is 14 years old, she weighs about 105 pounds and is around 5'2. Over this past week my daughter has been complaining of intense stomach pain that doesn't have any particular side radiation to it. It passed quickly but was recurring. This afternoon, she began to feel nauseated along with the pain. She began throwing up at 3:30 am and
has thrown up pretty much every hour since them. I gave her a 25mg phenergan suppository at 5:30 am after she complained of increased nausea and pain in the right side of her belly button. After the suppository, she made it about 10 minutes and then had to go to the bathroom where she said that poop came out but was not diarrhea. Does this sound like just regular tummy bug or something more?
