Small Lump On Back Of Neck, New Bump Appeared Overnight Which Is Hard. What Could Be This?

Hi, I noticed 2 weeks ago, a small lump on the back of my neck on the right just at the base of my skull - not painfull at all. My main concern however is a almost golfball like size lump that appeared overnight that is so tender to touch but is hard like I took a bat to the head. Its located on the same side but right on the lump of the skull. Ah what is it? :)
