Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You need to consult a doctor.

Since it is difficult to differentiate between viral infection and drug reaction, it is better to get blood test done.

I would suggest you to consult your doctor and shift to plain paracetamol drug only.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

Dr. Gaurav Patel
