Shoulder Pain, Unable To Move Left Arm, Burning Sensation, Upper Back Pain. Treatment Options?

Hi ,I am a woman of 47 .tall and average in health , since last three months i am suffering from shoulder pain ..I cant move my left arm ..facing difficulty in wearing clothes and doing other day to day activities ..also burning sensation and needle prick and electric current kind of pinching pain...at night it increases ...upper back pain is also there...plz solve

There are possibilities of Frozen shoulder or Cervical Spondylosis that is causing your problem. A simple X-ray of Shoulder and cervical spine can rule out the problem. Accordingly treatment can be planned.

Regular exercise and physiotherapy of the part along with analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs will help you. Do alternate hot and cold fermentation of the part and try to mobile the shoulder after that.
Use hard bed to sleep and avoid pillow.
