Hi,

MetPure XL contains metoprolol, which is a beta-blocker used to treat high blood pressure and heart-related conditions. Some common side effects of metoprolol include fatigue, dizziness, low blood pressure, slow heart rate, nausea, diarrhea, and cold hands and feet. Rarely, it may cause more serious side effects such as shortness of breath, chest pain, depression, and allergic reactions.

Zosert contains sertraline, which is an antidepressant used to treat depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. Common side effects of sertraline include nausea, diarrhea, dry mouth, dizziness, headache, insomnia, and sexual dysfunction. Rarely, it may cause more serious side effects such as suicidal thoughts, seizures, and serotonin syndrome.

Pregastar M OD contains pregabalin, which is used to treat neuropathic pain and anxiety. Common side effects of pregabalin include dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision, weight gain, and swelling in the limbs. Rarely, it may cause more serious side effects such as suicidal thoughts, allergic reactions, and liver damage.

It is important to note that side effects may vary from person to person and it is always recommended to consult with your doctor if you experience any side effects or have any concerns about your medication. The treatment plan prescribed by your doctor may be appropriate for your medical conditions and symptoms, and they will monitor your progress and adjust your medication as necessary.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
