my wife is pregnant before torch test is done now torch test is +ve shall she take step for abortion she has rubella igg 166.30, cytomegalovirus igg 1.80, herpes simplex virus 1 igg 2.30, herpes simplex virus 2 igg 1.90 torch test dated 25/1/2014 doctors prescribed for penicillin 800mg for 3 months and she is taking medicine past from 15 days what to do shall she abort the carrying and also tell the medicine to add

Understand your concern
You can continue the pregnancy as all Ig G antibodies are positive it suggests past infection or you get immunity against it and not active infections. You can take the antibiotics during the pregnancy.So it is not harmful and it cause no miscarriage and abnormality in pregnancy.
You should keep the baby. But require close follow up regularly to check your health and fetal health.
If required progesterone and HCG injection should be given to prevent miscarriage. Avoid weight lifting and exertion and take proper rest.
