hello kamran,
if the cyst is shrinking in size you can wait for some more time, surgery is needed only if have pain or infection of the cyst.
however since you are only 13 weeks you can wait for some more time as most elective surgeries are carried out in preganancyin second trimester.
if the cyst does not shrink with time you can have it removed during your post partum period.
avoid surgery during your pregnancy unless it is indicated.
i hope i have answered your query.
take care
Hello, well my advice would be do not opt for cyst removal surgey during pregnancy unless and untill it is an urgency. It may be a simple functional cyst also , so nothing to worry about. You can get a scan done to assess pregnancy a well as the cyst size again during the pregnancy.Keep in touch with your doctor and always keep an eye for evaluating size of the cyst and if it caused any trouble, like pain in that region.
