Your cyst in ovary is big enough....

For that you can prescribed Hormonal pill for one or two month....

If size doesn't decreases than yes surgical management should be done

The cyst can be removed laproscopically.....

Your clinical condition, cardiac condition, diabetes history all should be take into consideration before going for surgery
