Should I Be Worried About Nose Bleeding And Enlarged Lymph Nodes?

My 6 year old son has had enlarged lymph nodes in his neck, underarms and groin since October. He is always tired; falls asleep at school,he woke up getting sick the other morning then he was ok in the afternoon. Today at school he had a nose bleed which has never happened before . I m very worried, should I take him hospital?

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.
You take him to hospital. We need a detailed evaluation to see what is going on.We have to get a complete blood count,ESR,and depending on their result, may need further investigations like a peripheral smear/lymph node biopsy. You just relax.Need not worry right now.Let us see the investigations first. These all symptoms can be caused by just a systemic infection, though we have to rule out other more important causes.Let us hope for the best.
Thank you.
