Sharp Pain In Right Ear, Pain On Swallowing, Opening Mouth Wide. Causes For Symptoms?

Hello, I woke up this morning with a sharp pain in my right ear and the part that connects my ear to my mouth/ throat every time I swallow (even my own saliva ). My ear is also sore when I open my mouth wide. My throat isn t sore, though. What could it be? And what can I do to make it better? Please help me! Thank you!!!

COULD B AN APTHOUS ULCER. LOOK IN MIRROR. STEROID TABS N PAIN KILLERS IS TREATMENT.
