Severe protruding jaw bone inwards towards tongue. Painful. No help from Anbesol. Solution?

Thank you. I have a severe protruding jaw bone, lower right inward toward my tongue . Huge ulcer back there. very painful. visited my dentist. He advised to keep putting Anbesol on to keepit numb. It is very painful to the point I cry. Is there anything else I can do to heal this thing? also have a call into my primary care doctor.

Ulcers can arise due to-traumatic bite,poor oral hygiene,
I would advice you to apply dologel on the affected area.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Take nutritious diet and fluids.
Vitamin becosules,c,iron supplements has to be administered.
Please do visit your dentist for further concern.
