Severe Pain From Hand To Forearm, Difficulty In Moving Hand, Have Healed Carpel Bone Fracture. Which Massage Will Help?

cast removed yesterday from forearm and hand. fractured carpel bone in wrist below thumb from a fall playing tennis. cast on 3 mos. now wrist, thumb swollen tender and can hardly make a fist. physical therapy starts thursday 9/20. i am experiencing severe aching from hand to all of forearm. dr. (hand specialist) says carpel bone fracture is healed, but I hurt and can t move much. is there some kind of massage that helps?

You might have fracture scaphoid. Now it is in healing stage.

Cast was applied for 3 months & after removal you have stiffness & pain.

So you need physiotherapy only at this stage.
