what is the significance of having 81 segmenters and 19 lympocytes in blood. the patient has stage 3 lung cancer. her hemoglobin is 78; hematocrit .23; rbc 2.4; wbc 12.0; platelets 232.

Increase in total leucocytes in patient who have cancers usually indicates some kind of cancer due to low immunity..It needs immediate management and treatment with appropriate antibiotics to prevent further health damage.
The patient wbc is slightly above normal..So patient needs further investigation and determine the exact cause and treatment.
