Red Smooth Patch On Penis Head. Oral Sex. Flu Weeks Ago. Safe?

Hi i have been sexually active for almost a year now with one girl and we we were both each others first time. About a month ago i noticed a red smooth patch on my penis head and it wont seem to go away. We have been experimenting with oral sex and also anal. Im worried it can be dangerous because i also experienced a flu a couple weeks ago also
