Prescribed Antibiotics And Cocodamol For Urine Infection. Have Headache When Urinating, Fever. Worried

i have already been to the doctor & he prescribed me antibiotics and co.codamol he says i have a urine infection my symptoms are a severe headache like a tension headache since monday when i urinate its really painfull im going to the toilet every 10 minz and its just a dribble i have fever my temp was 38.8 but its the headache im worried about is that a symptom of a urine infection because ive been reading up on urine infections & it dous'nt mention headache thanks for taking my query doctor

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have burning micturition and increase frequency of micturition due to severe urinary tract infection.
The head ache that you have is not due to UTI but due to fever .

Please continue to take antibiotic and send your urine for culture and sensitivity to find out the organisms causing this infection.

Please switch on the appropriate antibiotics as per culture report afterwards.
Ensure to take more water,

Take Tab Paracetamol for head ahe and fever.
