These are very common symptoms with pregnancy, to relieve that acid flux you could try Gaviscon before getting to bed. Tiredness, fatigability are very common, however plenty of fluids consumption in addition to taking multivitamins could help you to get some of your energy back. We are know that symptoms of pregnancy could be very depressing

You need to consult an obstetrician and have medications for your reflux, which is easily treatable.
You can try counselling or behavioural therapy in consultation with a good Psychiatrist.
You should not feel guilty about relying on your mother and husband, as family support is crucial during pregnancy.
revel in the positivity of giving birth to a new life.
Try and take interest in your work.
Indulge in daily exercise, walk in fresh air, try yoga and natural healing remedies.
Take fresh, organic food daily.
All the best.
