Pregnant. Had Diarrhea, Stomach Cramps, Shooting, Stretching Pains. No Move/kick From Baby. Serious?

I am 24 weeks pregnant tomorrow and for the past 2 days my baby hasnt moved/kicked as much as over the past week, I've also had diarrhea and stomach cramps as well as shooting pains and stretching pains.
My baby does move but I'm slightly worried about the lack of movement (I feel hiccups more than movement) that reassures me the baby is still alive.
Do I need to be concerned?
It's my third baby and I am not due to see the midwife until 28 weeks, all was okay at my 20 week scan.

hello
please do not worry. I'm pretty sure your baby is fine. maybe you are not able to perceive the babies movements as you had cramping due to diarrhoea. I suggest you count the movements for about 1 hour after each meal while lying on your left side. Also at such an early gestation of 24 weeks movements may not be very clear at times. hope he feeling better now
