Hello,
thanks for using health care magic
On one hand it could be due to a miscarriage and on the other
hand due to an abnormal menstrual cycle.
The fact that you did several pregnancy tests following your
missed period makes the possibility of a miscarriage less likely.
See, pregnancy test is very sensitive in detecting pregnancy after
as from after the date of missed period thus it is less likely to be
a miscarriage.
On the other hand, it is more likely that you had a small abnormality
in your menstrual cycle
which probably occured because the egg failed to be released thus
allowing for continuous growth of the uterine linning that is supposed
to be shed off during menses. Thus, when your next menses finally
came, the shedding of the thickened uterine inner linning probably
caused the pain.
Most women at one point or the other in their lives experience a slight
change in their cycle but its only when it become repeated that it is a
problem.
So i will advice that you take good diet, more sexual exposure with your
partner and if the missed period thing with negative pregnancy test repeats
you should consider seeing a gynecologist for investigations,
Best regards and hope this helps you.

there are many reasons for getting a missed period other than pregnancy it may b due to stess,
or overweight or low weight too..,or due to some hormonal changes too..
