Pins And Needles In Head, Numbness In Head, Blocked Ear. Inner Ear Problem?

I have had pins and needles in my head, feet, arms. Hands, neck and legs on and off for 2 weeks. When the tingling hits my head it makes my face feel slightly numb and my keft ear gets blocked. It is similar to the blockage that happens from a cold. The head and sinus pressure is also very strong. I have been to a neurologist and he didn t find anything wrong. Any chance an inner ear problem could cause all of this?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
HI,
I have gone through your query.
It suggests that you may be suffering from the middle ear infection not the inner ear.
But to rule out this you may go for the
1. Pure tone audiometry.
2. Impedance audiometry with ENT consultation.
3. Routine hematological investigations.
4. Blood sugar level.
If you have any doubt, I will be available for your query.

Wish you good health
