Persistent Runny Nose With Small Amount Of Clots, Sneezing, Repeated Cauterization Done

I had my left nostril cauterized for the second time in 3 days...it bled a little bit after we finished and then clotted. Since I got home my nose is running pretty much clear have spit up a small amount of little clots or tiny bits of black stuff. with mostly clear spit..when will it quit running and made me sneeze several times too..fist time it was dry never runny.
