Permanent Treatment For Eczema On Hands, Legs, Genitals?

hi, ive had eczema for about 6 months now on my legs, hands and genitals, it doesnt run in the family and i dont have any allergies. Is there any way that i can make it go away for good? and also, the color of my skin where the eczema is, is getting very dark is there any way it can return back to normal? ive been to the dermotologist and ive just been prescribed hydrocorisome. it works for a couple days and than it gets really bad all over again. It never seems to end. What can I do?

I really appreciate your concern if this is really Eczema then I would treat this with the following medicine,
1) Tab Erythromycin 500 mg three times in day for five days
2) Momentasone furoate cream
3) Neomycin cream
4) Tab Prednisolone 20 mg three times in day for three days (Reduce the dose after every third day by 20 mg till the last dose of 20 mg remained for three days )
