Painful Lump, Kidney Stones. Advise?

When i have a erection there is a vein kind of thing that's hard on the top part that runs from about half way to inside my body there wat a painful lump right before it goes inside I had kidney Stones lasered out and just passed another about a month ago at home with no Dr my side still hurts every day mostly in the morn but its not like a passing stone I have had lotts of them this feels like pressure it hurts all day but bad in the morn

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have history of Urolithisis and have noticed prominence of dorsal vein of Penis during erection.

This is normal and does not have any pathological significance.

This is not related to you having problem of Kidney stone.The pain you have could be due to injury to the urethra while passing the stones.

Please consult qualified Urologist for detail evaluation to fine out remedy to avoid getting recurrence of urinary stones.
