Hi. The pain on one side moving to the back can have many reasons. The commonest are herpes if you have a rash and itching. The skin eruptions can take few days to be noticeable. Another can be stone / fullness of right kidney or inflammation in liver. as the movements are increasing the pain try to apply a pressure bandage by some cloth all around the lower chest tightly. If this reduces the pain - it can be due to fractured rib or strained muscles around ribs. You must of course visit the Doctor at once.
