Pain in tailbone when standing, pelvic pain. Sign of cyst in ovary?

Hi, I have been having some pain in tailbone area especially when I go from sitting to standing. I also have a feeling of heaviness near there when I lie in a particular position. Toddy I have come home from work with pain in my lower left pelvic area. When I was pregnant last year I had a large ovarian cyst on right side which caused me a lot of pain but was removed during csection . I am afraid that the pain I am having now could signify s cyst on left ovary?

Well , pain in the tailbone area may not be due to cyst. But pain in the left side of your pelvis can be caused bu a pelvic pathology or an ovarian pathology. But since it is the first time you can take few antispasmodics, since pain in that area can be due to so many causes. If it recurs again or don't subside , you may have to do a pelvic scan with TVS.You may also have to do a stool routine and microscopic test to rule out colitis, if you are having mucoid stools.
I tell you madam that all cysts in the ovary need not require a surgical treatment as many of them are functional ones and subside as don't worry.good luck
