i am 23 years old.married with no baby.my menstration become STOP for LAST2months.i am feeling abdominal discomfort,sudden sharp pain on ABDOMEN IN DIFFERENT PART LIKE SOMETIME ON RIGHT ILLIAC FOSSA,AROUND UMBILICUS.USG REPORT SAYS IHAVE A 3.8CM CYST ON LEFT OVARY &5,8CM CYST ON RIGHT OVARY.WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

Hi,

Ovarian cysts you are of moderate size. With excluded pregnancy, they can cause menstrual disturbances. It can be treated with hormonal cyclical treatment under gynecologist guidance. The symptoms you have could be due to these added up by digestive disturbances (indigestion, constipation, infection of GI tract. Treatment can be advised after detail physical and radiological investigations.
