Pain In Stomach, Pain After Eating Light Food, No Sense Of Taste. History Of Drinking Harpic Followed By Blood Vomiting. Need Endoscopy?

And suffer frm pain aftr eating light food... And my taste buds are severe too...dont feel taste fr anyrhing...plz plz help...and is endposcopy necessary???
After drinking harpic you must have developed gastric intoxication which might have lead to a oesogastroduodenal ulcer which might have complicated with bleeding. Harpic is corrosive substance and must have burnt down from your mouth to your stomach, reason why you are having stomach pain. I believe you might require endoscopy only to see extend of burnt. It might be necessary that you be given activated charcoal, some broad spectrum antibiotics (such as ciprofloxacin) to prevent digestive infection and also proton pump inhibitor (such as omeprazole) + antacids to protect from ulcer and also relief from stomach pain.
Hope this helps
