Pain in lower back, hip after falling backwards, unable to walk. How to cure pain?

hi i fell backwards about 3 weeks ago and since have pain in my lower back which travels into my hip it is ok somedays and then if i walk to much it flares up again and is so painful its hard to move or walk i had thought it could either be a slipped disk or a nerve do you have any suggestions as i do not have a medical card and cannot afford to see a doctor at the moment?

Goodmorning. i think u could have spasm of ur back muscles which sometimes aggrevate the sciatic nerve compression. so give sufficient rest and support to ur back. never go for heavy work. take tablet analgesic with muscle relaxant two times a day. calcium with metylcobamin once daily.
