i feel a lump on my lower right side that is hard that causes pain down my leg and lower back, what could this possibly be?

It seems to be a swollen lymph node which is producing producing pressure on nearby structures and leading to pain. You need to get your lump checked and properly investigated to rule out any serious pathology.
